I reserved a flight and as there isn't direct flights for this route, I got a reservation with stopovers in the USA. However, my family doesn't have visas for that country but Honey gave me a coupon to try another reservation. That was a very good initiative from her. Unfortunately, I got the same route so Honey helped me with the refund because I wouldn't be able to use the reservation. I'm very pleased with the service! Recommended.

I made an error in dates in my first reservation. I was panicking because of the time and immediately made another application. However I was able to write to ownward tickets who made a refund on the first reservation that had an error. I honestly never expected this. Thank you guys, and I would use onward ticketing every time

This worked well for me, although at checkout I chose to download my ticket, which "Activates" it - meaning the reservation is good for 48 hours. You need to be sure not to download or activate the reservation until less than 48 hours before you depart. That said, Onward Ticket's support (thank you Honey) was fast and responsive, they gave me a free code to redo my reservation, which I then activated the day before I flew and it worked well. I was flying in and sailing out of a country, and this was far easier than the skipper of the boat getting me advance approval. Recommend!
