We find OnPay to be very responsive to our needs. Their customer service is excellent and they make our payroll processing easy and efficient. We find their reports to be easily accessible and timely.

Not tech-savvy-no problem
Any time I have a question, I get a quick response with great resourcing. I am not a tech-savvy person, but Onpay has made it easy for me to manage and handle every detail of my account and settings. Super customer service!

OnPay makes payroll so easy
OnPay makes payroll so easy! It takes me maybe 10 minutes a month to process payroll for 6 employees, which then is direct deposited to their accounts within 2 days. Quarterly and annual tax filings are taken care of on the backed and not something I have to worry about. Setting up a new employee is super easy - they can even do it themselves. Customer service has been easy to work with and restocked my issue quickly.

Efficient, trouble free, and cost effective

Like the software
Like the software. Support / help is outstanding! Always resolves and gets to the core of the issue. Suggestion: provide more "on-boarding" help to new customers (who like me are newbies to the payroll responsibility and all the related moving parts) Offer it as an add-on to the services.
