The system is ok to use. I transposed my FEIN number and that the company never corrected it. They kept taking the funds from my account but never transferred the money to the IRS or the state. I told them they had caused hundreds of dollars in late fees and penalty with the IRS and state but they refused to take responsibility because they claim if I had not transposed my FEIN number there would be no mistake. Never mind the fact that I corrected the mistake months a few weeks after I signed up with them and I was notified and it took them more than 3 months to correct the issue. Their back office is a dumpster fire. Disjointed, don't read messages and all over the place with no unifying system to address issues. These people have no business filing taxes for anyone.

Hahaha. Man I was scammed. I feel like I never leanr when it comes to these bait and switch comapnies. they just want you on their subscription list so they can then exit in the tech world. Anyways, to be specific, before signing up, lot sof human interaction, assurances, etc. After signing up, disappear, chat bot, etc. Same story everywhere, dont have your hopes up

Used to advocate for them-now looking to switch. I was an early adopter of their system and was very pleased with the apparent customer service and attention especially as a partner. Little did I know their customer service would nosedive off a steep cliff. 1- I can't believe they don't have dedicted reps/service line for their partners like other payroll companies do. 2. - Their response time to tickets is outrageous I have some waiting 3-4 months- I have tried escalating and was told they were not even assigned yet! I have emailed the partners team directly for months on a simple issue and no response. It's like they all took a vacation and stop responding! If I ran my business like this I would be out of business very shortly. I can't believe they operate like this. 3- I was willing to over look the many shortcomings of their software and its ability to handle what should be standard payroll tasks for their customer service- now they offer nothing of value.

When it works, it works well. But if you have a problem, this is the worst company to deal with. -If you catch them in the morning, hold time is just 30mins. Later in the day, I've been on hold for 45mins. -The ticketing system is a sham. You have to log the ticket and then call to get their attention on the ticket. If you don't consistently follow up your ticket will be closed without even you getting notified and your problem will not get solved. -Tax issues will have months and several follow ups. I have not got the resolution for a tax issue that I raised last December. -No option to talk to a manager or anybody other than the agent.
