OnPay is a full-featured service for our small business, with great customer service.

I love this service. As I become more familiar with the tabs, I learn how to do more tasks by myself without having to use the chat function.

I haven't tried any other payroll options. We found OnPay after researching the subject online. Been using it now for two years and it has been absolutely dead easy from the start and I have no training in bookkeeping, accounting, QuickBooks, etc. The interface is very intuitive. I handle all our employee payroll needs each week in about 5 minutes. Pay goes out via direct deposit. OnPay automatically takes care of all the details. And anytime I've called tech support they were extremely friendly, knowlegable, and able to answer any questions and solve the problem. I give them an A+.

My small business payroll needs are fairly simple. OnPay is easy to use for weekly payroll, and their handling of tax forms and integration with QuickBooks simplifies my life greatly. On rare occasions when I've needed help, responses have been prompt and accurate.

I just started my business 3 years ago and have been using OnPay as my payroll processor. The platform was pretty easy for someone new at doing payroll on their own with a processor. Their reports helped like filing my PPP for the Covid-19 stimulus was easy. If I need help their staff is quick to respond and I learn each time. They're patient with me as there's things I don't know and have to ask. Their pricing structure I like as well.
