The very helpful staff made startup fast and easy. They are patient when I have called for help and don't charge extra for the help. The interface is pretty intuitive making it easy to complete regular tasks and find records. The cost is very reasonable for the services we receive.

I have used on pay for 2 years now. We are a small local business. I use to do payroll in house and process all payroll taxes and reports. On pay has taken a lot of stress off me. The onboard system is easy to use and navigate. The payroll taxes are always correct and filed correctly. I wish I would of went to them sooner. Also the price is affordable. I would highly recommend on pay to any small business owner!

On Pay is a simple and straightforward payroll system but it is not so simple that it can't handle various needs. It is straightforward in set up and it has easily handled our W-2 employees, our 1099 contractors, and handling tax payments with other states in addition to the standard tax forms to the government. We are a non-profit but it has been effective in handling the nuances of that and I'm sure it would be as effective for a for-profit company.
