Very polite and straight-forward in dealing. However, we were not able to get exactly what we were looking for through no fault of their own. Yet for that they went beyond what was their duty to do at a cost to themselves and not us.

I ordered three pieces of "Fawn
I ordered three pieces of "Fawn Chestnut" edge moulding. Two pieces were the correct color, the third was a walnut color. There was no excuse for that mistake!
