Great customer service and follow up! They went out of their way to set up a will call pick up from the manufacturer in San Diego.

Good prices and support The shipping company messed up and the product I ordered was shipped to the wrong address. OnFlooring fixed the issue and took care of me every step of the way. Product quality is good (although I have not started the install yet), it arrived in good shape given how much transportation it had to endure.

I ordered the wrong color trim. I called customer service and due to the length of the trim, it wasn't economical to return. However, they gave me a great discount on the replacement trim that they were able to match directly to my flooring.

Arrived in timely manner but the strip color does not match my floor. Ordered another from local shaw dealer to get the correct color.
