Hi Carrie, Thank you for your feedback. We noticed you ordered 6 quarter rounds in COREtec Monterey Oak (VV017-01004) on 8/17/2025 and you purchase 11 more of the same item on 9/5/2025 - so it appears you were satisfied with the product? We want to clarify that we sell these flooring trims and transitions - but we don't sell the flooring planks themselves. If the quarter rounds don't match your actual flooring, it's possible you may have a different flooring product than what was referenced in your order. We're here to help you find the correct matching trims! Please contact us with your flooring details (brand, product name, and color code if available), and we'll make sure you get the right color match. If you do have COREtec Monterey Oak flooring and need additional trim pieces in this color, you can find them here: https://onflooring.com/products/transition-strips?Search=VV017-01004 . We appreciate your business and want to ensure you're completely satisfied.

Hi Steve, thank you for your feedback. We’re sorry to hear you weren’t fully satisfied with your order. As we discussed over email, the flooring does have moderate to high plank-to-plank variation, which was confirmed by the factory. We offered you the option of a full refund upon return, or a 40% partial refund if you preferred to keep the product. You kindly chose the partial refund and decided to keep the transitions. We always want our customers to feel supported, and we appreciate you giving us the chance to resolve this directly. Please don’t hesitate to reach out if there’s anything further we can do to help.

Hi David. We only have a record of 1 Tall Stairnose purchased from our website and the item you purchased has the flooring name cross referenced directly in its description: Versaedge Stair Nose 94-INCH Congoleum Sea Glass DCS00, "Congoleum Sea Glass DCS00" being the flooring. Hope this helps. Perhaps your other attempts are from another website? Update 9/17. I appreciate your additional feedback! On the following page, which features an extensive selection of over 24,000 transition strips, we have organized them by the brand of flooring: https://onflooring.com/products/transition-strips You will find a convenient drop-down menu that allows you to filter the transitions by flooring brand, and the brand name is always included in the item description. However, it's worth noting that there might be multiple "Gunstock Oak" transitions available from various flooring brands. Therefore, it's essential to carefully examine the entire item title to ensure a match with the brand you're interested in. Regarding the Vreesatrim products you mentioned, they are designed to complement a wide range of flooring types and are not specifically intended to match any particular flooring brand. For a perfect color match, I recommend getting the Versatrim Color Book, available here: https://onflooring.com/products/versatrim-color-book Thank you for your interest and let us know if you have any further questions or need assistance.

Hi John, Moving is a stressful time, so we are glad we could come up with a mutually agreed upon solution. Yes indeed, YRC freight did lose your 1000LB shipment. As soon as we found out about this, we immediately offered you a 100% refund or we offered to arrange an alternate method for you to get your flooring in time for your move. This did necessitate you having to pick up the flooring yourself, but we did refund the shipping charges from the original shipment to compensate for this inconvenience. Thanks for your patience and for your business.

Hi Bill. We are not sure what problem you are having for the 2-star review? You have 2 orders with us. Both for transition strips only (not flooring). The first order was from June 4 and it shipped June 7 and FEDEX delivered it on June 9. The second order was from June 17, it shipped on June 25 and FEDEX delivered it on June 28. If you have any concerns about your transition strips please let us know.

Chris, unfortunately the order had progressed too far in the packaging/shipping process at the factory so they could not hold the shipment (automated production line). We tried. Sorry for the inconvenience caused by this.

Colin, We are very sorry to hear that you had installation trouble with the Inhaus SONO Light Castle 46194 flooring. SONO is different than other floating vinyl products - it should not be tapped together as described in the precaution section of the installation instructions. Please contact us and we will attempt to ameliorate your purchase experience.
