Leonid, you ordered 6 pieces of stair nosing and we shipped 6. UPS does not show any delivery exceptions and we have not received any correspondence from you. Perhaps this review is intended for the vendor that sold you the flooring? You may contact us at 888-427-2183 if you need to have an issue resolved.

Purchased two pieces of t-molding based on the color and wood type that I hoped would come close to matching my laminate floors for just under $100. It shipped and got here in good time but unfortunately it was too different and I couldn't use it. Even more unfortunately, I'm stuck with it because they don't accept returns on molding, even though it's still in it's packaging. So I'm stuck with having to try to sell it or take the loss if I can't. Otherwise, it was a decent experience but I won't consider them for any future needs.

Order two pieces of quarter round and received the incorrect color, but did receive a refund without the need to send back.

The manufacturer made an error and shipped the wrong color quarter round moldings. The purchase was refunded the same day the error was reported without the need to return the wrong items.

Very pleased with my purchase. The price was excellent. Delivery was as promised with the product very securely banded on a pallet that was taken directly into my garage. Would buy again from OnFlooring should the need arise.
