OnFlooringReviews of onflooring.com

Shipping was decent but the product was not good. They take an MDF piece of trim and wrap it poorly in a vinyl stick-on wrap. This was listed as Reducer 94-INCH COREtec Venture Chestnut but I’m pretty sure COREtec didn’t have anything to do with it. The vinyl wrap was all wrinkled on the MDF. Just a waste of money. Follow-up: changed from 1 star to 3. OnFlooring did contact me. They explained it is not a sticker but laminated to the board. Either way, it was poorly done, but they gave me a refund for one of the sticks which was acceptable to me. The others I got to look as good as they were going to and installed them. Overall, OnFlooring did a pretty good job with the customer support. They didn’t make the trim, they just sold it. I still think the product itself has a lot to be desired, but OnFlooring did a good job of resolving it.

The floor is good quality and works really well. One issue I’ve had is opening a box to find several of the planks damaged with broken corners and a few with a blue powder like substance that is stained on them. Thankfully it’s only been a couple boxes that are affected but still not ideal as I can’t use those planks for my floor.

Purchased Karndean flooring transition trim. Communication was great, came on time. Trim is colored paper wrapped around wood trim, and the color is no where close to the flooring I installed. I’ll probably try and paint it or buy trim from another manufacturer that’s close in color.

When we return the product 25% price cut is too much

I mistakenly ordered laminate flooring instead of LVP. I sent an email, as requested to see about returning the 3 boxes of flooring 5 days ago, and have yet to hear anything. Unlikely to deal with your company again.

I ordered some stair nose trim pieces for my Shaw Franklin Hickory flooring. The stair nose pieces didn't match my flooring. It was a tone or lighter.

No issues with order placement, customer service, etc. FedEx was slow in delivering...had product locally fit almost a week before delivering. Product then arrived damaged. One piece had significant scratches.

Disappointed that the t-moulding and stair nosing were not genuine Shaw Fusion 21 coordinating pieces, but very close, well made knock off versions. The prices were great, but there is no indication that these are not from Shaw manufacturing, but instead are off brand clones. Also, originally, I had wanted to cancel this order 4 days after ordering and was told this is not possible. Furthermore, the order took almost a month to be fulfilled. Also disappointing. Then when the parts were not genuine, further disappointed. Glad I did not make a huge order, and won't be ordering anything else from here.
