Purchased a floor transition from tile to laminate. Item was a little pricey shipping was kind of high. The most disappointing part of this transaction was it took two weeks to get to me. $26 to ship one item shouldn't take two weeks for delivery Item was ordered 3/14/2019

OnFlooring was extremely helpful to us as we ordered flooring for our new house. Even when we had some issues with the flooring when it arrived, they were willing to help us out and ensure we ended up with a result we wanted. I would absolutely order flooring through them again and wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to friends.

Fantastic Customer Service! We ran short on our flooring and with a discounted shipping charge, the additional boxes arrived in 4 days.

On floor was quick to respond and helpful. There was no pressure to buy and pricing was competitive. My only complaint was that I did not receive confirmation of the shipment arrival until the afternoon before. It would have been nice to know ave time at least 24 hours in advance in order to have time to make plans for work.

I got a great price on the flooring and it arrived undamaged at the expected time. What more could I ask for?
