Very Unreliable, troubling Delivery
The shipping of the flooring was a disaster. As I was traveling, I arranged for someone to be in my home to accept the delivery. The delivery company A.Duie Pyle Inc. deliver almost 3 hours past the window delivery time. Window delivery was 10am -2pm. Delivery took place at 4:44pm. This delay caused huge problems with buidling management in my NYC buidling. The absolute cut-off time for delivery is 4pm. I had to beg to get permission to use the elevator to take up the boxes

Rory, we are very sorry that A. Duie Pyle Inc. missed the delivery window. We know that timing is critical for NYC deliveries due to many logistical factors that must be coordinated. NYC is difficult! That being said, the freight carrier knows this and should have planned accordingly. We are working with our logistics partner to insure that NYC deliveries are routed more appropriately. Thank you for your business!

Purchase was easy

Only needed transition strips
Only needed transition strips and found what I was looking for here. I received it quickly and amazingly enough it matched what color I believed I was ordering. Easy to install and the job is done.

Very happy customer!
I was in search of a flooring material that had been discontinued.
