I had called numerous other flooring companies to order transition pieces for my new vinyl plank flooring. They were rude and short with me. The gentleman who I spoke to at ONFLOORING was patient, pleasant, and listened to my concerns. He placed my order and in less then a week, my transition pieces arrived. They look beautiful and I am so glad I chose this company. I would highly recommend them!
