Almost a month to get order!
It took forever for me to get the product I ordered. I will never use this company again, nor recommend them. Had to reschedule installation due to not getting order in a timely fashion!

In fact, according to the tracking, your shipment arrived in Indianapolis (your local freight depot) on 9/30/2019 - the 8th business day after you ordered - exactly as specified on our shipping info page: https://onflooring.com/shipping All pallet flooring deliveries require an appointment between the freight carrier and the receiver - for some reason, it appears it took 10 days for that appointment to occur between you and the freight carrier. We did not receive any communication from you regarding any issues of timeliness regarding your order. OnFlooring Hassle Free Experience
OnFlooring was the only site that I was able to find the trim to match my existing flooring. All of the other stores required a flooring purchase. OnFlooring's prices were lower also. I received my package quickly with no hassles.

Great customer service and quality but...
Great customer service and quality products but I wish it was easier to return or exchange items that weren't quite right. There's only a select few items that are returnable.

Trusted vendor to buy from
customer service, ordering process was great.Ordered a vinyl plank matching stair trim, the trim scratched very easily. The issue was handled prudently and appropriately to my satisfaction, including offering replacement trims. Happy to see a vendor try hard to help you when issues arise.

Great Price and Great Delivery Service...Can't Go Wrong
I had my mind set on Raskin's gravity lay LVT Rosewood and had worked with a local provider to get samples, pricing, etc. On a whim I searched the internet for another source and stumbled on OnFlooring. So glad I did. I saved well over $1500 on my order of over 1400 sf of flooring. I was leery of how delivery would go but it went off without a hitch. Their contracted delivery service contacted me to set up delivery and called prior to coming over to deliver. Their driver was great and he used his pallet jack to move both pallets of flooring near my basement for me to hand carry in. I would highly recommend OnFlooring for any flooring need you might have, especially you "Do it Yourselfers". The only suggestion I would make to OnFlooring is to better evenly divide the flooring on two pallets. One was completely loaded the second only about half as much. The poor driver struggled like hell to get that full pallet loaded on the lift gate with his pallet jack. Do yourself a favor and check these guys out if you are in the market for flooring of any type.
