amazing hair quality fast shipment

Not only was I able to find the color and brand of braid hair I wanted but it was also at a very reasonable price! Additionally, my order came faster than I expected. I ordered it and it literally came the next day to my doorstep! I will definitely order from Onebeautyworld again!

It started out as NOT a good experience! I placed my order a little over 2 weeks to needing it. I never got an email on it being shipped and 3x each customer person I talked to ENCOURAGED me that not only would the order be shipped by that Thursday, but I’d receive the tracking email! None of this took place, so I emailed the customer service email address and told them if my order was not shipped and a email with tracking number, I would contact my credit card company and report fraud and report them to the Better Business Bureau! This person responded back and stated they would investigate. It was passed up to an ANGEL-BLAKE FLOWERS, who apologized and took control of the ENTIRE situation! He expedited my order and shipment and I got it 3 days prior to me needing it! This is what CUSTOMER SERVICE use to be! People who cared about the job and the people! It was SOOOOO NICE to see this type of service again! This is why I would stay with a company that cares and has GREAT customer service! If their prices changed, I would remain with them because they give QUALITY SERVICE AND THIS YOU CANNOT NOR WILL YOU FIND EVERY WHERE! Blake Flowers is a RARE BREED and I pray this company knows how lucky they are to have him! Lynn T

I placed an order November 21 2023 and Monday November 27 they called me say it's on back order. Big liars and it's Tuesday November 28 and still no update. They gave me a fake as tracking number, which I called USPS and they told me it didn't exist. Y'all can play with their asses but I am to every social media informing people that they are crooks. If I don't get my money back I am going to the local news station on them and have the better business bureau know what they are doing to people!!!
