If I can give it negative zero stars I will. My mistake was not reading reviews on here before I placed order. Placed order on 23 March. I emailed them on 28 March to find out when my order will be shipped. I got an email response to say it will be shipped on 29 March. Nothing happened so I emailed on 2 April for tracking details and got a response to say that there was a problem with UPS which is a lie. I emailed on 3 April for a refund as they just lying. I got a response on 4 April to say there is a delay in shipment and I can wait or refund. I asked for a refund in my email on 3 April and 5 April and now they not responding to my emails. AVOID AT ALL COST, they just scamming people. I WANT MY REFUND. Stop trading if you can’t fulfil orders.

Shipping is takes a while but they do respond to all emails and call i love there products

I ordered items that I kept checking the status on shipping on and kept being told my order would be shipped at the end of the week. After the 5th week of getting the run around I requested to cancel my order and get a refund... they continued to ignore me. I had to submit a claim through PayPal to recover the money I paid.
