Bad customer service and i Placed my order that I supposed to have and it’s been 2 weeks and still waiting not been shipped yet

Very fast! I ordered on Saturday and by Sunday the order was ready to ship! The order went out first thing Monday with no problems! I saw from the webpage they had everything in stock. No issues at all...

On the day I recieved my order, I noticed that part of the hair I purchased was incorrect, so I immediately sent an email letting them know my order was incorrect. The next day I recieved an email from one of the employees saying, they recieved my question and will get back to me as soon as possible. I gave them my invoice number, order number. I stated exactly what I ordered, and what was sent, so I don't understand what question needs to be answered. Look at the order and send me the correct product. I had to reschedule my hair appointment and buy different hair. As of right now I do not recommend buying from this company. Company did correct the situation and was very nice about it.

Fast delivery! Got exactly what I ordered. I will order from this company again.

There were some technical difficulties accessing my tracking number, but Daniel called right away to ensure shipment and apologize. It was great to see that level of care for his clients by him taking the time out to ensure security and customer satisfaction. I was very pleased by his professionalism, and will order again.

Please do not order from the site! The customer service could use some improvement.

I would like to thank Danny @Onebeautyworld for personally delivering my packages of hair to my home. There was a delay due to the products not being in stock. Once the products were available, I spoke with Danny and he reassured me that I will have my package on time. He drove from Miami to my city (miles away). What a blessing!! THANK YOU DANNY!!
