I paid for priority shipping on 5/2 and it's 5/5 amd my order is still not delivered I feel the option for expediting shipping should not be available for US ordera if the request can not be fulfilled.

I did not actually receive my first order. To make matters worse they have yet to resolve it. I re-ordered the hair with a different address and 2-day priority shipping and so far it seems as if I will receive this order. Customer service was rude and no help, they have a phone line that does allow you through to anyone most days. When I did get through to someone the story was basically it says delivered and it’s out of our hands. After calling USPS TO INVESTIGATE they told me the package was delivered to the area but could not confirm it was actually delivered to my address. I emailed them to let them know I would like a claim submitted on my behalf and absolutely no help. Completely unresponsive. However whenever I placed the second order they are communicating very well about this order. I would try to find a more reliable company to purchase hair from, I soley purchased from this company because they had a specific band of hair I like to use. I probably wouldn’t order again as it feel like a gamble with my money. $40 down the drain but a lesson learned!

Very poor customer service! Requested a refund 3 times! After 2 weeks no package I called and I was told I could look forward to receiving what I order on a certain date! after not receiving it I called AGAIN to receive a refund and was told over the phone it was out of stock after requesting a refund and it did not arrive nor have i received response after the 3rd request for refund! A full month in a half has passed no response to email requests for refund! First time using this site and I’m very disappointed! They took my money and now won’t respond for refund DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME!!!

I could not find wig hat in Houston, went online and was able to order. Great service!!! Very impressed got her quick and love wig!!!

I watched a YT video for a crochet style and fell in love with the hair that the young lady used. She said the hair was extremely hard to find. I did a quick Google search and found the hair here on One Beauty! Never heard of them, but I took a chance. Sooo glad I did! Great variety on the site. Easy to use and navigate, and the shipping was super fast! Will definitely order here again. Add them to your favorites.

The hair quality is great I love it, I got so many compliments on my ponytail for how real it looked & blended with my hair and it came pretty fast. The only thing I can complain about is that I wasn’t getting updates on time like they were a little bit delayed but all in all I love my purchase & definitely will be purchasing with them again.
