I ordered Toriana in Brown Sugar Swirl. What I got was the Cinnamon Mocha wig on a brown sugar swirl card AFTER THREE WEEKS. I actually had a someone with the correct color to compare wigs with and this was definitely a switch. Never again. *edit* I ordered based on multiple YouTube reviews. I've seen the cinnamon and that's definitely what I got as it's almost pink in the light. Zero possibility of me having a reason to lie as Im not even asking for a refund, I'm just disappointed I didn't get what I wanted. Maybe it's a manufacturing error, who knows? But I find it interesting the response is confrontational instead of even asking about making the customer happy. Buyers take that as you will.

Y’all always have this wig when I can never find it elsewhere! And it always gets to me quickly!

You have to buy from this company The customer service is excellent and the shipping is fast.... I definitely would buy from this company again.

3 grande finale hairsprays DO NOT SPRAY correctly. I cannot use them. Called and spoke to owner who told me she would call me back. This was on Friday haven't heard from her. Will dispute the charge of $50+ with my credit card Company.

It’s been over a week & still haven’t received my unit. They claim there is shipment delay with the color I order due to COVID-19. First & last time ever ordering anything from this company, because people still can’t be using COVID as excuse to not have their stuff together & provide customers with exceptional services.

Only part of my order could be sent but I was notified and asked if I wanted the order sent anyway. I did and my order was delivered shortly after.

This Package came speedily just in time for the Holidays Thank You and The Price Was Perfect!
