Great turnaround time!

I attempted to purchase a wig from them on 3 separate occasions. Each time I was told the wig I ordered was either not in stock or the color was not available. The fact that they cannot manage their inventory on their website is ridiculous! I see in other reviews they respond using the Pandemic as an excuse. That is also ridiculous! That would not effect a company’s ability to have their inventory match their website. Let alone for over a year! I will never order from there again and I advise everyone else to do the same. STAY AWAY!! Don’t waste your time with them.

Customer service was awesome! I never used this company before but I'll add them to my list to buy my units. My shipment was timely and I have no complaints

The order did finally arrive, but it took about 2/2.5 weeks. I assume because they did not have the item in stock. I called twice and they did not provide a truthful shipping update. As long as you can be patient, your item will arrive.

They have the BEST extensions and so many other products so that you never have to go to multiple stores. They are amazing!!! 😊

They are my favorite for all supplies as they literally think of every possible item for you so that you can confidently get glammed. I have been trying to contact the company ever since I placed my order but to date it has proven unsuccessful. I sent an email -NO REPLY. I want to know how soon my order will be fulfilled . An urgent answer is needed please. I DO NOT LIKE SPEAKING TO MACHINES I NEED TO SPEAK WITH A HUMAN BEING.
