Johannes on the online chat was awesome. They guided me through my issues and made sure I got my autopayment set up. I made a mistake and they made sure that it was fixed and there were no issues. Way to go above and beyond in a quick period of time. Thank you!

I had an exceptional experience working with Ella Pritchett at OneAZ CU on my auto loan. From applying online, to getting the loan funded in my account, took less than 3 business days. Everything was accomplished through emails & phone, and I didn't have to visit a physical branch at any time. Quality & clarity of communication stood out for me. Thank you for making the process simple, straightforward, and clear.

I had an amazing experience with One AZ.... Specifically my loan officerEli Andujar. He went above and beyond for me. I found a vehicle that was amazing and a super deal. Eli got the deal done quick quick. I was able to buy that vehicle because of Elis diligence and willings to give excellent service. I couldn't be happier with my experience
