Promises made, Promises kept. The company, Platinum Insurance working as sub-contractors from Pivotal Solutions arrived as promised and were knowledgeable about my issue and showed professionalism regarding my problem. They arrived within the time they…
They arrived within the time they specified. The repairman was very knowledgeable and polite and told me what needed to be replaced and replaced it. I would highly recommend them in the future.
