The service agent sent to our home was absolutely excellent!! Before he left, he made excellent suggestions to us about keeping our air conditioner in top form during the warm months in Michigan. Super friendly and very professional!!

Steve of Gobie Appliances
Steve of Gobie Appliances, our technician fixed out dryer problem right away. He was extremely knowledgeable, capable, and very friendly the entire time. Outstanding technician and person overall. I would welcome Steve back if we ever needed another home appliance repair again! He was outstanding! Thank-you Steve!!!

Great service
My request for service was processed promptly. The service representative was on time and had excellent customer service skills. They resolved the plumbing issue’s pretty quickly. I’ve used the service twice so far and it has been great. I would definitely recommend them!

Repair is now complete
Repair is now complete. Very professional and pleasnt repair person came, didn't have part needed and company had to order. Company called back and reported part was discontinnued and I needed new over. I found part, called them back, they then ordered and when it came in was installed and all is good now. Disappointed that I had to tell them where to obtain part.
