In the past few years, I have been through serious financial difficulties beyond my control and have worked with many attorneys and companies claiming to offer the same services as Omni Financial. Never have I experienced such tremendous service as I have with Omni Financial . Clearly they are the best tax resolution company in the industry. They care about their clients. Attorney Raymundo Estrada is without a doubt , the most intelligent and insightful lawyer I have ever worked with in a legal firm. His compassion and ability to understand the unavoidable circumstances that lead to financial difficulties is unsurpassed. I hope that my comments will help others avoid wasting their time and money looking for any other company in the industry. I cannot recommend Omni Financial Services enough. I want to mention the many other top notch employees at Omni. Leah Butler, Ian Berman, Monica Ruiz and Ashley Mehas. They have all done their professional jobs extremely well and timely , while never leaving me feeling alone during the process. I believe that Omni does a good job for what they are tasked with. I also think they do a good job of explaining what needs to happen and in what time frames they need to happen in. I thought they maybe could do a little better job of explaining how and what they charge for, was not always clear causing some confusion from time to time. Overall we had a good experience with them.

Ok we trusted my accountant to do taxes paper work filing and all that ok after a year found out it was not done so now , as I always said I'm a cake Baker I hire other to take care of the rest so I found omni and they have really help us relieve the taxes stress there on it there team is great......

Since working with Omni Financial they have given our family peace of mind knowing that they are working their hardest to help us resolve our tax issues. We just simply were overwhelmed trying to negotiate on our own. Ray and Ashley are always available to assist us with any questions or concerns we may have. My experience with Omni Financial was and continues to be a positive one. The staff is not only professional but personable as well. This is big comfort when you are dealing with the IRS and the staff at Omni will do their best but make no outrageous claims. They dealt with the IRS and I am pleased and relieved... I didn't realize that when dealing with the IRS or Franchise Tax Board (CA) it is not an even playing field. Their employees put pressure and demands on you and at times force you to pay cash that creates a burden. When Omni Financial, and especially Ray Estrada step in, the entire conversation and negotiations change. The IRS can't offer someone a deal and not offer you the same deal. I didn't have a clue what deals could be had, but Omni did! Money very well spend for peace of mind, and closure with good terms that helped us move on with our lives.

Without a reliable reference it would be difficult to know what company to turned to for aid in dealing with threatening IRS tax problems because not all are reputable and hard-working on behalf of their clients and many have been known to grossly overcharge. I can genuinely recommend the one that I chose to handle my significant tax problems. I took a chance on Omni Financial, which turned out to be excellent...and the specific kudos go to a marvelous, intelligent, knowledgeable, dedicated and caring young lady by the name of Sheila Franks, and her wonderful, capable and equally caring assistant, Sherry Fair. They have been handling my complicated tax affairs for some time and have been consistently on top of things and extremely helpful. I truly feel I couldn't be in better hands.

I was looking for help to help get my taxes in order and save my business that I love!!! I t was a complicated difficult situation and wasn't sure were to turn.
