They allowed Capitol Painting, Inc. to make my our payment schedule and allowed cash flow to catch up, which helped make it easier for IRS payments to be made on time. Anytime I got a letter from IRS I called either Annie Tieu or Heather Lorenz, they had me send a copy to them and they gave me the answers. Annie or Heather would call for statements, checks, payables, receivables and would dissect them before making a monthly budget for me. Their conversations with the Revenue Office, showing that IRS’s monthly payment plan was not fair and gave IRS a budget that they were able to justify which lowered my monthly payment over 55%. After my account balance to Omni was paid in full they have continued to monitor my account to track payments that I have made, I would send a copy to to them. Having Annie & Heather handling my account the first month took all the pressure of a Levy off my shoulders and eased my mind. All I have to worry about is making deposits and payments on time. The handling of my account by Annie & Heather, including asking about my health and Welfare was priceless.
