Many legal issues bring on an emotional response. Being harassed by the IRS and EDD brings on even more of an emotional response. Sometimes it's so emotional that dealing with these issues is so very overwhelming, one just puts them off and off and off, which just makes the situation worse. I've had the wonderful blessing to have worked with a very special lady by the name of Rachel King. She and her team Will and Misty have treated me with respect and dignity and such care. It's really amazing to me. My concerns are noted and addressed or explained within 24 hours at the absolute longest, very frequently within minutes. They are very professional and thorough, and are available to help and explain anything and everything I need to do or need to know (sometimes over and over, just to allay my fears or help me overcome being so overwhelmed). I can't really find strong enough words to express my appreciation for these people who have worked so hard for me and earned my complete and utter trust. I have been blessed by these people who represent this wonderful organization. Like I said, it's emotional.

I was so grateful that the knowledgeable, professional staff of Omni Financial reached out to me. I felt very defeated after trying to fight the State of AZ by myself, with my accountant and a tax attorney with no resolution. I knew the state was unjust in their assessment but they would not even consider re-opening my case and were strictly trying to pursue me for a balance they said I owed. Once Omni took over, they were able to find somebody within the AZ Dept of Revenue that would listen and in a short amount of time they had my case completely wiped out of the states system. Stacy was phenomenal. He researched our tax issue and knew all of our rights immediately and then shared them with us.
