I was near catastrophe when I contacted Omni Financial. I had been working with another company who had assigned me to someone who had very little experience working with complicated situations. I was about to pull my hair out. Then out of the blue, I saw an ad for Omni Financial and called. I had reservations at first but the initial team put me at ease and went right to work and has not stopped yet. With every new issue that has come up, Ray and Ashley have explained the situation, provided documentation and listed the steps for what need to be done. This team has really helped me get my confidence back and feel that I am able to survive these tax issues.

If you are reading these reviews, then you must be trying to decide, "do I really need to Pay someone else to help me interact with the tax authorities?" the answer is Yes. I was desperate and felt like there was no hope for me and I was probably going to have to close down my Businesses and lose everything I had, until I spoke with Morgan Mance. I was very hesitate to believe in her, but, I did, and that was one of the best decisions I made. She was able to communicate with the IRS and the State and accomplish a payment plan that I could live with and my Businesses could thrive. There was work to do to get this accomplished, but Morgan Mance, Annie Cole and the rest of the Omni team was with me every step of the way, and in must situations, I did not interact with the Tax officials, what a relief, I could sleep at night, finally. I know that you are thinking it might sound expensive, a cost you can't afford, but, they are worth it , every cent. Will Beard and the Omni team handled my tax issues in a way that was beyond my expectations. Will is a real pro. He is smart, knowledgeable, does what he says he will do, and does it in a timely manner. Hopefully I will never again need his services, but if I do, he will be my first call!

I have had a lot of issues with the IRS as it related to my company. Aaron Towers has been most cooperative. The Government has attached my social security payments and Aaron is working to have the garnishment released.

I am the Administrative Manager of an electronics manufacturing company, and our business has been extremely affected by the poor economy. We got behind on our 941 deposits and tried to discuss options with the IRS. For many (at least 4) months we didn't even have an IRS agent that we could talk to so I spoke to the supervisor twice and was told to keep doing what I was doing and that we were in no trouble of being acted upon. That supervisor took notes of his conversations with me in detail, but when an agent was finally assigned he changed his opinion and agreed with the new agent to attack our personal bank accounts with no discussion or warning. He didn't even contact us to tell us we had an agent to work with. Our company has an excellent CPA and a great Attorney to handle this for us, but the IRS was acting extremely erratically. I was so concerned that we had survived the extremely difficult economy and was in the process of launching a new product that would bring us much success only to be shut down by the IRS. The government was the reason we suffered in the first place. Everyone has been wonderful to work with during our difficult times except for the IRS. They have been ruthless and unfair. They will not contact me at all to work with me. I felt I needed someone 24/7 to watch and prevent the IRS from doing any more harm. That's why I let Omni Financial take over for me. Rachel King at Omni Financial has done a wonderful job at staying a step ahead of them and preventing any more vicious attacks. I find preventing them to be much more pleasant than dealing with them after they happen. I have all the confidence in Rachel, as she seems to be able to get them to hear her where my voice meant nothing. It is a shame that we need people like Rachel to handle what should be a simple business arrangement, but when one of the parties has total power and no knowledge of or concern for the other party it gets pretty dire. Our company has been around for 35 years and we plan to have at least another 35 years. If Rachel hadn't stopped the IRS attacks, we would be closed for good.

I was truly at my wit's end as my state was quite aggressive in its collection and harassment techniques. I was scared. I felt alone. And I didn't know what to do...until I found Omni Financial. The team was great. They were patient, kind, and detail-oriented. They held my hand, calmed me down, and worked out a payment plan I could live with so the state backed off and I could catch my breath.
