A company can not continue to try to dig out of the situation they are in, with the constant harassment. Omni took all the contacts with the agencies and kept us informed each step of the way to get closure. With low monthly payments to Omni, things flowed well and at the end of the process, over $38,000.00 was returned to our company in penalties and interest charges we had paid years prior. The main thing about OMNI is that they were always available. Any time I called or e-mailed they always responded. The outcome could not have been any better for me. I don't think it would be possible to find a better firm for tax matters.

The sales process was pretty deceptive. I wouldn't refer a friend to Omni, but I might consider investing in Omni. I doubt referrals are a big source of business, anyway. Your direct sales process probably works very well.

I have to say my experience with stacy was amazing. I felt like he was very patient with me even though I took forever because of my schedule at work. I definitely recommend omni to anyone needing help with what I went through.
