I bought a Montreal Marmot and it was cheap and arrived on time. I am completely satisfied.

I am pleased with the quality of products and service. However, there is one thing I could suggest as an area of improvement: I did not see anywhere on the website to ask for the ski bindings to be mounted to the skis. As a result, I had to mount the bindings myself. I would have appreciated having them mounted by a professional as it would have saved me several hours of time.

Knowing that shopping online from sources that you have never used can be risky and at times very frustrating. So I was pleasantly surprised when my order from OMCGEAR was better than I could have expected. Not only was the price the cheapest could find from at least a dozen different sources, but it was shipped immediately and arrived so much faster than I would have expected. I recommend OMCGEAR to anyone looking to save money and get you items faster than you need!!

It was very late at night and I did not realize until after I had clicked the submit button that I had actually ordered the wrong model of Black Diamond gloves. I was frantic and tried to delete the order but could not, so the next morning I emailed customer service plus faxed in a copy of my order along with a note but living on the east coast I had to wait until 10:00am PST before I could call OMC. That morning before 9:30 PST I received a email from Bennett stating that he had canceled my order and that they did not have the model glove I was searching for. What a relief this was to receive that email and I commend you on your customer service! I only wish that you offered the BD model glove available as I would have rather have purchased it from OMC Gear. Thank you very much, Scott

I usually never order products online because I'm scared i'll get ripped off. While looking on the website, I noticed that a specific detail was not listed so I called and someone was there to help me, and they were extremely friendly. So, I ordered a Northface backpack from this site because they had a sale and it arrived in the exact 5 days (from Oregon to Illinois) that Omcgear promised on their website. Overall, I have no complaints about Omcgear
