Friendly customer service. Timely delivery. Great price. Would definitely use this company again!

Perfect product. Competitive price. Quick shipment and deliver. No hassles at all.

Great price, item shipped quickly and was exactly as described.

Items were at a great price, came quickly and no surprises. I would use your website again for further purchases. Thanks

I purchased this jacket for my daughter who has a Dec. birthday. I saw it on her tonight. She is a 4-6 size and ordered a Medium. Hopefully it is very warm without a heavy "something" under it". It runs quite small(I would say), particularly thru the waist. Had we ordered both a medium and a large, we would be responsible for returning one of them at not so cheap a return shipping cost. This is what I don't like about purchasing from a place that doesn't have a return shipping policy that they set up with the post office. When I buy from the Talbots, I attach their return label and it cost about $6 or $7 bucks, which they deduct from your credit due. This is great because it would cost $15 to $20 without it. The jacket is nice but for a medium runs small!

I purchased a Patagonia R3 for my son as a Christmas gift. The jacket is very warm and neatly constructed. In terms of ordering and service, very pleased. Was able to track package the way. Would purchase from OMC again.
