OmcgearReviews of omcgear.com

Great prices. Fast shipping. No hassles. Can't ask for anything more !

Never used Omcgear before. As a first timer, I was a little apprehensive. Easy site to use; easy to place the order, and arrived on time, in good shape. How much better can ordering a gift be?

I had a great experience purchasing a Marmot tech sweater from Omcgear. Fast shipping, and personal, timely responses from the customer service department. Thanks so much!

OMC is a great place to purchase outdoor gear. My girlfriend ordered the wrong size ski boot for me for Xmas. When I learned of her mistake I went and purchased the exact same boot in my size. OMC credited back my account and saved our relationship. When we finally "tie the knot" OMC will be on the guest list. Thank you OMC for understanding our mistake and making the return so easy.

I bought a present for my boyfriend for christmas. Product was excellent.. shipping was fast and the price overall was right.

The climbing shoes work wonderfully, the online order process was simple and the price the lowest online. 10/10

Unfortunately I can't comment on the quality of the gear. I ordered a pair of shoes on a Wednesday with 2 day shipping for a trip on Sunday. Shipped Thursday means shoes should arrive Saturday. Unfortunately UPS does not count Saturday as a delivery day even though they deliver on Saturday. I had to cancel my order and OMCgear was very helpful. This type of customer service gains my loyalty.

I had not issues with my order from omcgear. I got a great price and the order shipped and delivered on time. I would definitely consider purchasing additional items from omcgear.
