I bought a pair of snow pants and they did not fit. I noticed the Return Paperwork did not mention reordering, so I went on the website and placed my own replacement order. The price was $15 more though, so I called up OMC and asked for the difference. They credited me on the spot.

Not much to say here. I bought a pair of climbing shoes, they showed up after a few days and were the right model and right size. No complaints.
