They didn't have the product I ordered in stock, but they sent me a bunch of emails to keep me informed, and even called me on the phone to check to see if another product was a suitable replacement. It was a good replacement, so they shipped it right away, and I ended up receiving it even earlier than I had expected. Really great service, and I got a perfect product, too. Thanks for being so helpful! Would recommend to anyone - loved it!

I ordered a tent for my son for Christmas. Two weeks pass with no delivery and, when I go on line to check status of order, it says my order was cancelled. Its now 3 days before Christmas and I have no chance of ordering and getting replacement elsewhere in time to give to my son Christmas morning. Will never do business with this sorry excuse for a company again. OMCGear is unreliable, with absolutely no customer service. I plan to spread the word on what a joke this company is. Thanks and Merry Christmas, OMCGear. You were a lot of help. My son will sure be happy Christmas morning, thanks to you bunch of jerks.
