My dress is absolutely stunning, I had a great experience with their customer service team as well. I ordered my dress really close to the wedding and contacted their team making sure it would be done in time. Alyona was so sweet and helped to make sure I got my dress as soon as possible! The quality is amazing and genuinely looks exactly like the photos. Also I got the custom fit and it fit me like a glove it was perfect!

My Olivia Bottega wedding dress was everything I dreamed of and more! Their team kindly accommodated my timeline to ensure the gown arrived before our June 27th wedding, and I am so grateful. The dress was absolutely breathtaking. The craftsmanship was incredible, the fabric felt luxurious, the stitching was flawless, and the corset fit perfectly and snatched me in all the right places. I received more compliments than I could count! I especially loved the 2-in-1 design because it gave me two beautiful looks and truly the best of both worlds on our wedding day. The entire experience was wonderful, and I would wholeheartedly recommend Olivia Bottega to every bride!

Dress fabric was heavier and cheaper-looking than the description would have you believe. Ended up not wearing it

This Olivia Bottega Betty wedding dress with a bolero is stunning. I received many compliments about it. I couldn't have been happier with my perfect taste choice. I truly appreciate Alyona, the sales associate, for her patience and wonderful service. It was a positive experience for me to order my dress from it. I hope you saw the pictures and video that I sent via email.

Hi Kati, We'd really like to understand the issue you experienced, but unfortunately we haven't been able to reach you. Please check your email, as we've already contacted you there. As far as we can see, you ordered a corset. If you've experienced any issues with the corset, please don't hesitate to contact us. We'd be happy to look into the matter and do our best to resolve it. Please contact me directly at [email protected]
