I’ve got the lopro at first was struggling to use it but now I’m loving it hitting shots I would’ve never thought I would hit only down side I have is that sometimes when I snap my controllers onto the stock in a weird way my controllers disconnect. Overall really nice and affordable

I bought the SPINE meta quest 3 stock and the right controller mount broke after about an hour of moderate use. Have yet to get a response for a replacement part. *edit: they replied and said they would replace it. upping it to 4 stars for good support.

The Spine stock is a decent product. Fulfills what I wanted. 2 big issues I had: 1. The only one I got was for my Rift S and one of the controller attachments came partially broken. Still worked and I wasn't using it a lot so I didn't ask for a refund. 2. Both the Spine stock and the controller attachments have basically ZERO chamfers or fillets. This makes them very uncomfortable if you accidentally knock it against your body or if you grab the controller attachments wrong. Also for the Quest 3 controllers (I ordered just the replacement attachments), it made it really hard to get on and off and scratched the controllers. I added my own fillets to fix the issue but it should have been done from the factory. Overall, the products are really poorly engineered and I don't think I would buy another product, tho I'm happy enough with what I have after I added fillets manually. It also doesn't help that they are 3D printed; I'm pretty sure that's why my first one broke in shipping.

Stock itself looks great! Decent weight and solid quality. I bought the spine red and black edition for the meta quest 3. Only issue I have currently is the controller magnetic mounts were a little fragile. Install of the left one broke immediately, right one went on no problem. They seemed a little small for the controllers. Waiting on response from OlenVR on replacement policy.

First I was sent the wrong one and had to pay for shipping again on the second one and it didn’t even come with the correct attachment for my VR in which the person who was supposed to “help me” told me tuff luck I will have to buy another one. I received the correct things only to discover it’s completely impractical to use on most VR games

Here's an overview of over 30 emails sent between us: 1. You purchased the Index LoPRO which is compatible with the Valve index headset. 2. You didn't read the extended fulfillment notifications we placed at the top of every single product page as well as the cart page. 3. You wanted free 2nd day air shipping for your not noticing the extended fulfillment; we offered to refund the shipping and downgrade to free ground shipping which you declined. 4. You received the wrong order (completely our mistake) and we provided you a return label for the wrong order and shipped out your correct package with 2nd day air. 5. You received what you originally purchased but needed it for the Quest 2 (a mistake on your part which we worked to solve) 6. We shipped you the parts you meant to order, and asked you to pay the $8 shipping (we didn't charge you anything for the new parts). 7. March of 2023 was the last time we spoke and you seemed pleased after you received your parts. Never once did we ever tell you "tough luck" or make you buy another part, as we wanted to show you appreciation for your business by offering the parts to replace the ones you mistakenly purchased. The LoPRO is very practical for games with gunstock calibrators, this is emphasized on the actual stock page. For anyone reading this, please read the details of our stocks we provide on the page. We want you to make an informed decision on your purchase and read what we add to the site to help you make the right choice. Domiano seemed to not do so as there were multiple things we had to notify him of and pay (out of our pocket) to help him after he spent his money. If you do purchase from us and don't feel like your stock is working properly you have a 15 day period to return for a refund, or you can always email us "[email protected]" or fill out a form on our support page. I purchased the LoPro with quest 3 accessory. This is my first VR gunstick. I hate to leave bad reviews, and it's a shame because the overall quality of this VR gunstock is very good, but for the quest 3 it's not a good mix. Controller tracking was inconsistent while aiming (gun would aim slightly up or down on its own and I made sure to use physical gunstock setting for the game that I played), the grip button was blocked by the quest 3 attachment so I had to file it down just to be able to use it properly, and putting controllers into the attachment scratched the controllers, so now my controllers are permanently damaged and if I wanted to continue using it they would get more and more damaged from removing and reinserting the controllers over and over again. Game tested was Ghosts of Tabor. Short version, stay away from this if you have a quest 3.

Horible customer service. No phone number to talk directly to anyone. I ordered a product over 2 weeks ago and still no email, no tracking number. Would highly suggest going elsewhere with better customer service.
