Do not purchase from this company. Avoiding both Olaplex and DHL after this experience. My parcel never arrived, DHL emailed upon enquiry advising it was sent back due to a ‘dangerous goods’ issue yet their confirmation said it had been delivered and signed for. Olaplex says it was delivered and to contact DHL, so now being bounced between the two with no answers from anyone. Zero accountability. Zero sensible and customer service communication. Parcel is clearly lost. Refund now requested. It will be interesting to see how long that takes! Absolutely not acceptable from either company.

Ordered sets for christmas gifts, they were marked as delivered and signed for. I had to chase DHL then Olaplex to find out they were not delivered as DHL will not deliver dry shampoo. I am still awaiting refund. Olaplex should be aware of this issue and should substitute the dry shampoo or use a different delivery agent. I should not be left knocking neighbours doors for a package marked as delivered and signed for then having to play detective to try and find out what happened.

Ive used olaplex before, results were kinda minimal or just not impressive enough for the price but with the black friday sales I thought id get a more extensive range and try them again. Unfortunately the 1-4 working day shipping timeframes aren't even remotely their intention. After 4 working days I emailed them letting them know nothing has arrived. They just told me its still being processed, nothing else. No apology. No timeframe. No tracking info. Nothing. After missing their 1-4 day timeframe I would have expected a response that at the very least acknowledged their error. So its been a week now and as far as I can tell they have no intentions of sending my order as of yet and dont feel compelled to explain what is going on despite my email. I find the company to be unreliable and unprofessional.

Ik kocht olaplex shampoo bij pro duo belgië. Alleen krijg ik echt heel erge jeuk op mijn hoofdhuid als ik deze gebruik. Ik wissel ondertussen af met osmo waardoor ik weet dat het echt de olaplex shampoo is. Ik blijf de leave in wel gewoon op lengten en punten gebruiken aangezien die wel goed werkt

Update/ incredibly quick customer service and an instant refund thank you Conditioner really has caused an allergic reaction and no one wants to know. Debating whether to send it back and stomach the £4 charge they stick on (look fantastic would NEVER do this and they also would be on this like a shot) big mistake buying this directly

Awful company. Last time I ordered I didn’t receive the goods as they were suspended by delivery company for having possible dangerous goods. Thought I’d try again and the same thing happened. Customer service must be aware of this, but are doing nothing. Will go to bank to try to get money back.. I’ll never use this company again!

I wish I should read all reviews before to buy this product. I’ve used fews other expensive hair products and recently had my blonde treatment done so looking for something High end brand to treat my hair after damage bleach treatment. So I decided to tried Olapplex number 4 & 5 in big size paid over £80 and now I so regret about that. The shampoo & condition so dry, didn’t give my hair any more hydrated, nothing changed. Waste of money. Other cheaper brand sell in Boots or Super drug work better and much cheaper. Not recommend this brand

First time user, received facial burns from the no. 0 spray. My face was on fire and visibly suffering from burns. The company did not even respond to my emails, only to say that they had received them and would get back to me. I have since sent three further emails and not been given a response. I am deeply unsatisfied.
