I in love with the product that I have been using. I have all the steps there are amazing. My hair looks so much healthier than ever.

I started using Olapex 6 months ago and my hair started falling out at an alarming rate almost immediately. I thought it was due to hormones so kept using Olaplex (their marketing is very good, how could it possibly be their products?!). I finally stopped using their products 2 weeks ago after discovering other people experienced hairloss whilst using Olaplex. 2 weeks of no use and my hair is no longer falling out. This stuff is very bad and I’m horrified that they are still allowed to sell products that cause hairloss

Ordered the new no.5 leave in to try and the Evri delivery driver decided it was okay to leave my parcel outside my building on the pavement and of course it ended up stolen. I contacted Olaplex UK after getting slow responses with Evri and they immediately send out a replacement within the hour. Very prompt replies to my initial email explaining what happened and a super fast resolution to my missing/stolen order. Thanks so much! Very happy. Also I’ve been using the olaplex 1 & 2 (I’m a beauty professional) and also the oil and absolutely love it! It’s been working amazing for my hair. I did use the shampoo & conditioner years ago and did have hair loss for some reason so I did stop using it and then saw that law suit so was scared but started again from last month as I really needed bond repair and I know they removed the lilial and it’s been fine. But I am still staying away from the shampoo & conditioner but the treatment products and oil have been great and my hair is so much more healthy after doing chemical treatments. The oil is actually my staple and can’t recommend it enough. On the second one already. Thanks!

Ik heb nog nooit zoveel haar uitval gehad dan door het gebruik van deze shampoo. Het duurde een tijdje voor ik door had dat het door de shampoo kwam. Maar toen ik er mee stopte nam het haaruitval gelijk af.

Ho comprato sul sito OLAPLEX ma il mio ordine non è mai arrivato. La tracciatura del pacco su poste italiane resta ancora non disponibile dopo 12 giorni. Ho chiesto un rimborso ma nessuno risponde alle mie mail. Evidente Truffa

J’avais passé commande dimanche 8/09 j’ai reçu ma commande le mercredi 11/09, quand j’ai ouvert mon colis je me suis aperçu qu’ils avaient oublié 3 produits (n*4,n*5 et n*7) j’ai envoyé un mail des que j’ai ouvert mon colis (20min pour répondre, c’est super de répondre aussi vite, c’est très rare que les marques répondent aussi vite). La personne a passé commande sans que je dépense (encore heureux) et aujourd’hui nous sommes vendredi 13 j’ai reçu mes produits manquants. Je suis contente que le problème c’est résolu super vite !!

Nemmeno una stella si meritano davvero, esperienza pessima. Ho ordinato dei prodotti dal loro sito officiale, il tracciamento del pacco ancora non è disponibile e sono passati giorni. Per tutto il successo che hanno e sponsorizzazioni varie, sono pessimi. Il servizi clienti è gestito dal computer, quindi solo in determinate ore ti rispondono. Ho provato a contattarli ovunque e nessuno ha saputo darmi una soluzione riguardo al problema che ho esposto. Oggi ho riprovato a contattare l’assistenza via e-mail, non mi hanno ancora risposto. Ho chiesto un rimborso ovviamente, sperando tra parentesi che mi rimborsano i soldi spesi! È veramente imbarazzante questo sito, non posso parlare dei prodotti poiché non mi sono mai arrivati. Veramente penso che andrò a fare una denuncia perché è inaccettabile che io pago per un servizio e spariscono nel nulla, è assurdo tutto ciò!

I love Olaplex products but this product is nowhere near the quality of their other products. After using the shampoo and conditioner for my gray hair, my hair feels like I've used a bar of soap on my hair. Combing out is terrible! It is like I didn't use a conditioner at all! Not sure what they are thinking with this line but it's just awful. Terrible job, Olaplex! What's worse is that I complained about this line to Olaplex and they absolutely didn't care. Won't stand by their product at all. $64 down the drain. Literally. Just Shameful.
