Ich hatte sehr starke geschädigte Haare vom blondieren sie vielen schon raus und sind nur abgebrochen da war eigtl kaum noch was da von dem haar was ich vorher hatte mein Friseur empfehlte mir olaplex ich habe dann das Haar öl und die haar kur bestellt dazu habe ich noch john ..... spülung und shampoo verwendet nach nichtnals 4 Monaten hatte ich wieder volleres gesundes Haar es war echt ein wunder ich verstehe die schlechten Bewertungen nicht ich gebe ganze 5 Sterne es gibt für mich auch kein besseren haar öl als das von olaplex.

Do nothing... just waste of money!!! They just invented a name called " Disulfide bonds" and made a product claims to repair it and the result is " NOTHING" ... Results are as if you washed your hair with tap water. Many companies use similar strategies of creating a name that sounds has a scientific basis and people think it is the miracle hair treatment and spend their money on and use it and after using for long period they find NOTHING. Just like Olaplex.... I'll never buy again this brand or any brand related to them.

Wat een rotzooi, dit spul zou verboden moeten worden! Origineel gekocht via JB circa 4 maanden gebruikt van vol dik haar naar dun haar nu is het resultaat. Ik had het eerst niet in de gaten totdat mijn vrouw zie dat het was sinds dat ik Olaplex gebruik. Ik ben direct gestopt met deze rotzooi.

Dreadful customer service sending standard template responses to my complaint. Have noticed considerable increase in hair falling out whilst using the shampoo/conditioner. Have used these products for a few year with 3 month break in between after using for 6 month. Contacted Olapex having a lot of unopened sealed bottles (1 litre, 250 ml and 100 ml) Appreciate these purchases were more than the 60 days however I have a genuine complaint about the products and no longer able to use them. Customer service very unhelpful and they ignored my last email. A waste of c£280 unopened products that I won’t be able to use and they haven’t offered to accept the return or any refund. Avoid Olapex at all costs. Would not recommend them to anyone.

During COVID times and in the gradual re-opening, I was unable to book an appointment with my hairdresser for almost 6 months. As a result, my hair grew longer than I would have ever allowed it, and I discovered that I kind of like having long hair! In fact, I decided I would see just how long my hair would grow if I left it alone. Will it stop? Will it grow forever? Fun experiment! It is now approaching my lower back. Longer hair requires a lot of care, because you are maintaining the old stuff you used to cut off. I've got ends that are 5 years old now! I realized I needed to use higher end products to ensure my hair looked its best. I've experimented with a number of lines, and I recently discovered Olaplex. After one month of use - and I never review until I feel I can make a fair assessment of a product - I LOVE this line! I use #3 (Hair Perfector), #4 (Bond Maintenance Shampoo) and #5 (Bond Maintenance Conditioner). As a frame of reference, I wash my hair every other day. I initially purchased the Conditioner, and chose a free sample of the Hair Perfector. Within a week I could see the difference, and bear in mind, I have been experimenting with excellent lines for several years, so I thought my hair already looked pretty healthy. I took the plunge and purchased the Shampoo a week later, and again selected the free sample of Hair Perfector. This combination of products has done wonders for hair I was already pretty happy with. My hair has a soft shine, it has body, it looks "hydrated" - not dry and brittle, and the ends look healthy. I have "good hair day" energy every day! 5 STARS

Pretty sure this company stole my money? Ordered three weeks ago and still not delivered and they cannot even tell me if it’s left the warehouse? Pretty sure they are fraudsters.

I brought the Olaplex No. 4C Bond Maintenance Clarifying Shampoo from Amazon. I saw lots of reviews on this product and thought it would be good for my naturally grey and increasingly fragile and fine hair since hitting the menopause. Around the same time, I also brought the LESS FRIZZ, MORE SHINE KIT from the main Olaplex site. Unfortunately, I had an allergic reaction to the Olaplex shampoo which I brought from Amazon - my scalp developed itchy inflamed spots this has taken a month of medicated shampoo to remedy. On further research I found there is a class-action lawsuit filed in California against Olaplex Holdings Inc. by 30 plaintiffs, who claim that using Olaplex products resulted in "serious injury" to their hair and scalp. Some plaintiffs claim they experienced hair loss, with some losing more than half their hair and developing bald spots. Others experienced similar issues to me - scalp issues like extreme itchiness, rash, yeast infection, bacterial infection, open sores, burning, and overall sensitivity. Olaplex had denied these claims. I decided to return the unopened LESS FRIZZ, MORE SHINE KIT and the shampoo to Olaplex (Bleckmann UK). They promptly refunded me for the kit but not the shampoo. Since 21st February I have been repeatedly asking them to either refund the shampoo or return it. They refuse to give me a refund and state I must contact Amazon, but I can't return the shampoo to Amazon because they won't return the shampoo. Not only have I had an awful experience with this product but there is no customer care or accountability - I wouldn't touch them or their products with a barge pole.
