I would give this negative stars if possible. I ordered No. 4 shampoo, No. 5 conditioner and No. 7 bonding oil. The ordering process was easy, they even threw in a free gift. (No. 10 bond shaper). I was notified for all shipping updates, which was nice. I have very long, curly hair and was excited to try the products, hoping they would nourish my curls and keep the frizz away. The shampoo was thick, lathered nicely but left my hair feeling dry. The conditioner was also nice and thick but I had a heck of a time combing it through my hair, using a wide tooth comb. I have NEVER felt my hair so dry! I had a large pile of hair after combing through. It felt as if every single thing was stripped from my hair. I hardly had to towel dry it. I thought the bonding oil would help as well as the bond shaper. How wrong was I?! I left my hair air dry only to find it not as curly as usual and extremely frizzy. Total waste of money! I am throwing all the products in the garbage. I would have been better off using a damn bar of soap on my hair!

If you WANT hair loss, breakage, dry and brittle hair...Olaplex and K18 are the products for you. Succes guaranteed!! 👍🏻

I got the products I paid for (extortionate prices - it better work) but did not get the GIFT which was three tubes of something or other. I emailed to ask where it was and I got a cut paste job about terms and conditions and having to put the word gift on checkout which I did. Nothing else. Wrote back and they have not replied. Very poor service. Very poor replies. They might as well not have done have replied. They're just an order and ship company with no care for the customer.... which is odd for a product centred on improving hair and indirectly well-being. Pull your socks up.

Really really bad experience purchasing with them. I received the wrong item from a sale and they are refusing to exchange it or honor the sale and prefer that I return it and then refund it. I’m disputing this with my credit card David

Terrible customer service and the spray bottle for #0 doesn’t spray it has a stream that wastes all the product. They charge you to return it.

Soldi buttati! Il peggior prodotto mai provato! Non solo non mi ha riparato i capelli ma me li ha resi più secchi e crespi. Ho comprato tutta la linea, dal primer alla maschera. Niente! Neanche l’idratazione di una comune maschera che almeno te li lascia morbidi. Se li fanno pagare a peso d’oro per un risultato nullo.. molto delusa .. consiglio una linea della kerastase, un po’ più economica ma davvero efficace. Risultati visibili dai primi Utilizzi

Je souhaite partager mon expérience avec les produits Olaplex n°4 (shampoing) et n°5 (après-shampoing), car personne n’en parle vraiment, et j’aurais aimé lire un témoignage comme celui-ci avant de les utiliser. Dès la première utilisation, mes cheveux ont été littéralement “brûlés” : • texture rigide, sèche comme de la paille • sensation de casse immédiate, même en les touchant doucement • impossible à démêler, comme si mes cheveux avaient été chimiquement abîmés Je n’ai pas utilisé une grande quantité, ni laissé poser longtemps. J’ai simplement suivi les instructions de base, sans excès. Ce que j’en retiens que j’aurais aimé savoir avant de débourser une telle somme : • Aucune mise en garde claire sur le fait qu’Olaplex n’est pas adapté à tous les types de cheveux • Aucun avertissement sur les risques de sécheresse extrême ou d’effets inverses • Trop peu de retours honnêtes disponibles : tout le monde semble encenser ces produits sans nuance Ce que j’ai découvert après coup : • Beaucoup de personnes (comme moi) ont vu leurs cheveux détériorés ou détruits. Des procès sont même actuellement en cours aux États Unis car des femmes ont littéralement perdues leurs cheveux… • Olaplex n’apporte aucune hydratation : sur cheveux secs, poreux ou fragiles, le résultat peut être catastrophique • Il peut y avoir des réactions inattendues même sans allergie connue À celles et ceux qui lisent ceci : • Renseignez-vous bien sur les compositions, et ne vous fiez pas uniquement à la réputation • Si vos cheveux sont secs, texturés, décolorés, fragilisés : soyez extrêmement prudents • L’effet “miracle” n’est pas garanti, et peut même être l’inverse Je partage ce témoignage non pas pour faire peur, mais pour équilibrer la balance, car trop peu de retours négatifs sont visibles. J’espère qu’il pourra éviter à d’autres de vivre la même chose.
