Ohio Cash BuyersReviews of ohiocashbuyers.com

My experience with Tony has been amazing! I'm so thankful I reached out and they were able to help me and buy my house. My mother recently passed and I became burdened with her estate. They bought it as is and took it off my hands! Thank you OCB

As executor for my brother’s estate, dealing with aging and grieving parents who could not let go of my brother’s home – Dan from Ohio Cash Buyers was wonderful. After our initial conversation he stayed in touch most respectfully at appropriate intervals, was compassionate about the logistics I was dealing with and let me know they were available when we were ready. When the time came to re-engage and make it happen, he was prompt, thorough, and genuine in his interactions. His inspector team that came on site to see the property offered condolences to my father – such a kind touch. As we finalized the sale Dan even worked directly with us to coordinate a few extra days to take some final items from the home. The sale price was fair and I felt appropriate for the condition of the home. We were able to do all transactions online/electronically which I really appreciate due to rising CovID risks. I am so pleased with the entire process and knowing that my brother’s home will get the care it deserves and eventually go to new homeowners who will enjoy it for years to come. I could not have asked for a better partner in this difficult task and would recommend Dan and Ohio Cash Buyers without hesitation.

One morning, within minutes of reaching out to Ohio Cash Buyers, I got a phone call from Dan. Very down to earth and personable, explained things in simple terms. I could sense his genuineness. Well, before noon that morning I received a written agreement by email with the contingent price on it that we were asking as a sale price. I thought there has to be some kind of catch here, but as the process began and led to scheduling inspections of our home, working with the inspectors schedule, etc., we saw that this process was very real, no frills. Dan and his team working with us kept us informed, never coercive about anything, transparent about everything. And Dan went the extra mile with keeping in mind what our desired sale price was and how that might be affected by inspections outcomes. Highly recommend working with Dan and Bryan. My wife and I were very happy with everything at closing. Really smooth process from start to finish. Thank you Dan, we really appreciated you and what you did for us! -- Robert L.
