Dan gave us a fair offer for a rental property that we were looking to part with. Dan had good communication with us from signing of contract to closing day! They were even able to send someone to our home for closing/signing so that we didn’t have to travel. Would definitely recommend!

Fantastic people who helped us sell our house for a fair price and were very reasonable and understanding. Through their guidance we were able to have the fast turn around we were looking for as well as friendly and helpful staff throughout the process who made the transition as easy as can be! Highly recommend! The experience was seamless and the money was deposited when promised!

Wanted out of a 2nd mortgage. Made 1 call and Tony and his amazing team did the rest. Was done in about a month and I couldn't be happier with the whole thing. I would recommend to anyone and be confident about it! Thank you all for a wonderful and profitable experience.

After several informative discussions with Dan, I decided to move forward with the sale and never regretted my decision. Everything was handled fairly and professionally. I couldn’t be happier with the process and the outcome.

5 stars!! Heather, thanks so much for your help with our estate filing and process! When Heather and Ohio Cash buyers asked me to write a review, I was happy to do it! Setting up the initial appointment was simple, fast and comfortable. Tony came over and walked the house with my sister and I, then explained the whole process to us. It was easy to understand! From there, Heather and her office were a big help getting the estate process handled and filed for us, which was nice because that got more complicated than I thought it would. I recommend this company!

After the passing of my wife last fall I reached out to Ohio Cash Buyers about buying a rental we owned for close to 30 years. Dan came out, gave me an offer that was good enough for me to work with. It was like somebody lifted a boulder off my shoulders. Bills were mounting, and had trends continued it is possible a bankruptcy could have been in my future. This was one piece to the puzzle that helped me avoid that situation. The property they bought from me needed work. The last tenant was not kind to the house, and it has sat empty since they left. Ohio Buyers were fine with the property as is, I had to do nothing to it. Not even clean it out. That was a nice bonus for me. Racheal in the office was great to work with. Whenever I got confused or unclear on what to do or when to do it, she was right there to help me all the way. This was a great experience.
