Ohio Cash Buyers were wonderful to deal with. They were communicative and responsive. You can tell that each of their associates is professional and enjoys what they do. From start to finish I was impressed with each contact. The whole process went very quickly and smoothly. I just had to show up for closing and collect payment.

Truly would like to thank Ohio Cash Buyers for their great service and work. The company is awesome. From day one Tony was great. We had conversations about everything and then back to business. Everything he explained to me was laid out and happened in order like he stated. Even though we had a issue with the mortgage pay off that ended the transaction. This issue was completely out of Ohio Cash Buyers control. And this issue is something that I’m currently working on. Rachel was awesome and easy to work with. If I had a question she was easy to contact. Priority National Title was very professional, fast and friendly. Answered any questions and explained information if needed. Never had any issues with all parties. Hopefully I can get the mortgage payoff information figured out and finish the transaction. Really a great company. I would definitely recommend! Kelsey

The process was so much quicker than dealing with a lender and realtor! The staff was great and answered all of my questions. If I still lived closer to their main area, I definitely wouldn't hesitate to call on them again, but I suppose that would mean I'd have to sell my house again.

This was by far the most effortless transaction I could have experienced. I was able to sell and move into a new place within 6 weeks. This new chapter I’m about to experience is all due to Zillow and their competent team!

Do NOT EVER do business with these shady people! They came to us after already having an offer from OfferPad and offered us a lil more than OfferPad. So, we cancelled our contract with OfferPad and accepted Ohio Cash Buyers offer. They asked us to hurry and sign the contract with them after we cancelled our offer with OfferPad and then right before signing the new contract, they sent us an email saying “ Hey so we are going to need to cancel the contract on our end. If Offerpad is really offering you that, then I would suggest you take it”. They knew we couldn’t go back to OfferPad after canceling for Ohio Cash Buyers and they just dismissed us like it’s just too bad. We lost 100s of dollars because of Ohio Cash Buyers and were stuck in our home with no jobs or income coming in. Because we THOUGHT we would be closing with them in the next 30 days. It took us 2 MONTHS after they cancelled to finally be able to close with a new buyer causing my wife who they KNEW suffers from Congestive Heart Failure at 45 years old and it caused her to be rushed to the ER where she stayed for a few days and the Dr’s were concerned she could get worse. We let Ohio Cash Buyers know what they had caused with their shady business practices and they didn’t even reply back. So, I implore you or ANYONE you might know that’s trying to sell their home, to NEVER EVER accept an offer from them! They should be put out of business for the way that they operate and they could careless about the people they are offering to buy their home. You will 1000% regret doing business with them. So if a guy named Ben from Ohio Cash Buyers calls you or makes you an offer on your home, RUN as fast as you can and go find you a realtor instead of dealing with scam artists! Ben is the WORST kind of person we dealt with selling our home! Do NOT do business with him!!

Ohio Cash Buyers was amazing from beginning to end. Even when issues arose, they handled them with expediency and grace. We were selling an older home that needed a lot of work, and they offered us a very fair price that saved us a lot of time and effort trying to sell it through the real estate market. Thank you!
