Surpassed my expectations
I definitely did not expect the service I received. Darren was so helpful and courteous through the entire process of purchasing my home. I thought it would take months to close, as I had a tenant at the time. Not only did he make sure we closed within 30 days, but he also took good care of my tenant. I am surprised they haven't left a raving review as well. I am so glad to have found you guys. Thanks again and keep up the good work.

Troy, We are so happy to have surpassed your expectations. Darren really is a good, kind-hearted guy. We all appreciate him here as well. Wish we could have closed even sooner. Normally we can clock in at around 7 days, but we are glad all worked well with your schedule. Unfortunately people are much more likely to review after a bad experience over a good, otherwise we would have a thousand more reviews. So thank you for taking the time to do so. -OCB

Selling my house to Ohio Cash Buyers…
Selling my house to Ohio Cash Buyers was one of the best decisions I have made in years. Super simple process (if you are prepared to actually sell!), quick and efficient. Tony and his whole team are exceptional - from the field crew to the office staff, everyone was responsive, friendly and respectful. The process was so fast that I hadn't even closed on my new property yet and had nowhere to go! No worries, Tony said, I could stay put until I was ready to move in the next few weeks. That is the difference between these guys and a lot of the others. I would use Ohio Cash Buyers again and I 100% recommend their services.

Hey Kevin, We love to see our customers have the opportunity to fully experience the services we offer and the exceptions we often make. That is often the difference between good and bad companies. A good company will do what is needed to create a positive experience for their customers. We like to think of ourselves as a good company of course. lol. So glad Tony got you all squared up. Thanks again for giving us the opportunity. -OCB

We had a great experience
We had a great experience! OCB offered us a very fair price and helped get us through the process even tough we were already living out of state. Working with good people made a stressful situation really enjoyable!

Hey Robyn, It is always great to hear about customer experiences like this. It is not everyday that we have to do everything long distance, but when we do we make sure we are prepared. It is just as if not more important to make such a circumstance a smooth and stress-free process. We were certainly happy to help. Thanks for the shout out. -OCB

Just awesome people to work with
Just awesome people to work with! Smooth process of selling your home for cash. They are up front and honest. So much faster than letting your house sit on the market.
Response from Ohio Cash BuyersSep 24, 2021
Hey Sommer, We certainly appreciate the props. We do take pride in our speed and our processes. Everyone tends to be so surprised by how fast we can make the home buying process, when the sellers are prepared to sell quickly of course. And yes, honesty is the name of the game. Typically dishonest companies do not stick around for 20 years. We are all thankful that our founder built this business on that trust. -OCB
