Complete Bait & Switch. I purchased a beautiful home based on the Home Share experience, only to find that the share part went completely out the window. Not only has the condition of the house and quality of the customer service disappeared, they have now removed the cleaning fee from the monthly expense, somehow raised the expense at the same time and now are charging a separate fee above and beyond the monthly charges, each time you use the house. The "zero-sum" policy in the original agreement no longer applies and the associates gas light you by suggesting it never existed. The whole point of buying into this property is for the home share experience. Prices included in the monthly. Nickel and diming the owners is unprofessional and unethical. Now my dream second home is going to remain vacant rather than used and will become the subject of an agonizing lawsuit.

This is the future of second home ownership, and Pacaso makes it possible. We love Paris and have always wanted to own something there. However, it's very hard logistically and financially. Paris real estate is super expensive, and foreign real estate ownership is extremely complex. Through Pacaso, you can own a slice of Paris that would be impossible to attain by owning a place outright. The purchase process through Pacaso is easy, frictionless, and very well organized. The online platform is fantastic, and the local property management makes ownership and use absolutely worry-free. Go Pacaso!!
