Signed some papers,answered a lot of questions about the property,now getting ghosted.hung up on when calling the numbers for this business who we were dealing with to sell our property to.not getting calls answered,no text messages answered,nothing.all of the sudden too.before we signed the papers they were blowing up my phone wanting our business.its ashame because I thought I could trust this company.now I feel my elderly mom with Dementia and myself got ripped off.all I wanted was some answers and honesty.thats all.thanks a lot

Do NOT EVER do business with these shady people! They came to us after already having an offer from OfferPad and offered us a lil more than OfferPad. So, we cancelled our contract with OfferPad and accepted Ohio Cash Buyers offer. They asked us to hurry and sign the contract with them after we cancelled our offer with OfferPad and then right before signing the new contract, they sent us an email saying “ Hey so we are going to need to cancel the contract on our end. If Offerpad is really offering you that, then I would suggest you take it”. They knew we couldn’t go back to OfferPad after canceling for Ohio Cash Buyers and they just dismissed us like it’s just too bad. We lost 100s of dollars because of Ohio Cash Buyers and were stuck in our home with no jobs or income coming in. Because we THOUGHT we would be closing with them in the next 30 days. It took us 2 MONTHS after they cancelled to finally be able to close with a new buyer causing my wife who they KNEW suffers from Congestive Heart Failure at 45 years old and it caused her to be rushed to the ER where she stayed for a few days and the Dr’s were concerned she could get worse. We let Ohio Cash Buyers know what they had caused with their shady business practices and they didn’t even reply back. So, I implore you or ANYONE you might know that’s trying to sell their home, to NEVER EVER accept an offer from them! They should be put out of business for the way that they operate and they could careless about the people they are offering to buy their home. You will 1000% regret doing business with them. So if a guy named Ben from Ohio Cash Buyers calls you or makes you an offer on your home, RUN as fast as you can and go find you a realtor instead of dealing with scam artists! Ben is the WORST kind of person we dealt with selling our home! Do NOT do business with him!!
