I couldn't have asked for a better experience, the company was informative when the item I ordered was unavailable was contacted immediately. The chair we got blew our own expectations my wife and I have been in and out of the chair all evening it is just simply amazing. Whom ever says these chairs are a gimmick and dont work doesn't own one. I couldn't be more pleased and feel it was money well spent. Thank you Ogawa for making this and awesome all around experience!!!!! This is our new forever chair!!!!!!

Very helpful and knowledgeable. I will not receive product for a couple of weeks but the online customer service rep was more helpful than the in store sales rep for a competitive product.
