I purchased four masks to try with my friends. I don’t have any real complaints about the masks it is the company that is the problem. If you order from them they have some kind of small print that puts you in a subscription I never knowingly sign up for subscriptions but realized something was up when I got an email about an order I did not place. I tried to contact the company but you have to email and I see from others reviews that they don’t respond. On the website it says that you can cancel a subscription at any time but there is no way to do it. My original order confirmation says nothing about a subscription. I will now have to dispute through my credit card. These masks are not in any way worth this kind of hassle.

I actually love the mask and I think it's a great product. I would like to share my experience with canceling my subscription. I lost my job and could no longer afford the monthly subscription so I attempted to call but couldn't find a phone #. I did however find an email on their website and I sent my request and within 10 mns I received an email back stating that my subscription had been canceled. It looks like they've improved in that area due to previous complains from customers about the difficulty in canceling subscriptions.

My wife wanted their collagen masks, and I suspect those are good, but this company is nefarious and evil and should otherwise be avoided at all costs. Without my knowledge (and I checked before-hand, because my wife cautioned that several cosmetics companies were illicit in exactly this way) they signed me up for a recurring subscription of my order. I ordered a year's worth of masks, which they feel I want to order every month for several hundreds of dollars. Avoid at all costs.

First, I’m disappointed and dissatisfied with this product. When I initially ordered this product I was under the impression I was ordering it on a “one time only” basis. This morning (One month later) I received a notice thanking me for my order and that the company was preparing my next order for shipment. I was totally surprised and I emailed them immediately 3 times (there’s no customer service phone number). I also called my credit card company and put the charge into “dispute status”. I did get a response today from “Customer care” (ironic name) and the representative said I signed up for a subscription and there was nothing they could do. They also didn’t address their refund policy. I told them I was officially cancelling my subscription but I’ve yet to hear about a refund for the package I’ve yet to receive. Not only is the product poor, the company needs to make me whole for them to be considered honorable and worthy. KEEP AWAY!!!!

LOVE,LOVE these masks. The salmon Pdr mask is by far my favourite. I ordered the glass skin bundle on Dec 24th, received my package Jan 11. 2 1/2 weeks. Not bad for the time of year. I recently ordered more and had put the incorrect address. No problems in contacting and getting my address updated. Very happy with customer service and product.

They say they take returns but you have to pay to ship them yourselves, if 1 mask is missing there is no return and they also charge a “restocking” fee. They are A TOTAL SCAM.

Wish we could give it minus one. This is a deceitful company that makes you not realize you’re ordering monthly from them and of course they make it impossible to get a hold of them.. also product is crap

Avoid if you do not want to be scammed into a subscription Misleading site selling products that look like a one time purchases with good discounts but are actually a subscription. When I disputed my apparent second order, they suggested to me that th subscription nature of the site was clear when purchasing and that I had selected a subscription which is simply not the case. £50 was taken from my account without my consent/knowledge/permission and I am now due to receive goods that I do not want or need. I attended to cancel the “order” within a hour of reviewing the email. Company refusing to refund despite the fact that the products have not been despatched/shipped . Going to proceed with a chargeback through my bank
