Hi there, we're sorry about this. Paying for a product and having no tracking information or updates is not acceptable. We want to find your order and get this resolved. Thank you for the honest feedback. You're right that at this price point the packaging should reflect the quality of the product inside, and we appreciate you flagging that. We're glad the masks themselves were undamaged, but we hear you. As for results, two masks is still early days and many customers start noticing a real difference around the 3 to 4 week mark with consistent use. We'd genuinely love to hear your update after a month. If you have any questions in the meantime, we're always here at [email protected]. Warm regards, The Quasi Team

Hi there, we take this very seriously. All of our products are formulated in Korea and shipped from our US fulfillment center. If what you received had different packaging and a different ingredient list, we want to investigate that. Could you please email us at [email protected] with photos of the product and packaging you received along with your order number? If your purchase was made through any website other than officialquasi.com or our authorized Amazon store under "Official Quasi," the product may not be authentic. We're sorry about the frustration with customer service responses and we understand why you went through your credit card company. Warm regards, The Quasi Team

"In today's world of AI bots" is exactly why we're so proud to have real people like Elizabeth on our team. Thank you for recognising that, and we're glad she earned your trust. We look forward to seeing you back! 😊 Warm regards, The Quasi Team

Thank you for reaching out, and we hope your treatment goes smoothly. Because you're using a prescription chemo cream prescribed by your dermatologist, we would strongly recommend checking with them before applying any new skincare products to your treated skin. They'll know best when your skin is ready and what's safe to introduce. Your doctor's guidance should always come first in situations like this. Once you have the all-clear, we'd love to hear how the masks work for you. Wishing you all the best with your treatment. 🤍 Warm regards, The Quasi Team
