Ordered a conference table, when received the table top was damaged. I contacted Office furniture 2 go and they immediately apologized and sent me a new table top. New table top arrived a few weeks later in perfect condition. Outstanding customer service!

Damaged furniture, Delayed Deliveries, won't shop here ever again

Very nice product; however we are awaiting delivery. We were supposed to receive a week ago and still don't have them. We have ordered these in the past and are adding to our collection.

excellent. The desks I ordered were not available in the color I ordered for a couple weeks. They got in touch with me by email to find out if I wanted to change the color or wait for part of the order. I changed the color and they shipped immediately. They are nice, solid, attractive desks. I would no hesitate to recommend Office Furniture 2go.

The furniture meets the my needs as an Administrative Assistant. I would have given a "5" overall, however, our first delivery person through the company was not polite. I have to say though, that the delivery person we had after-the-fact was excellent. Overall very satisfied.

We had a nightmare experience with the freight company that was contracted by OfficeFurniture2go for our Bestar furniture. They kept telling us it was out for delivery and it wouldn't show up. Come to find out they were missing a piece but nobody every contacted us. This "no show" delivery happened several times. Once the desk finally arrived, one of the pieces was drilled incorrectly so we had to call Bestar direct and wait for a replacement piece to ship. Not a good experience.
