Everything was good to go. The transaction went smooth, very nice people to work with and will order from this company once again when we need new furniture.

Ordering was easy, customer support emailed me to give me the heads up regarding deliver fees / lift gates needed etc. On delivery they arrived early and brought the heavy cabinet right inside our office. I would recommend for fast and easy service.

Solid desk, good packaging, its worth its money, extra hardware. You get what you pay, overall experience was pretty good

Great service but did not follow the shipping instructions I provided, ending up costing me man hours waiting for UPS delivery. Will definitely recommend them to anyone who want to buy office chair.

The items ordered were out of stock after we ordered them. I did not know that until the delivery time came & went & I contacted the company to see what the new date would be. They said they emailed me, but I never received it. The items would be available several months later if we wanted to wait or we could place a different order. We opted to wait. But the good news is they were shipped a month earlier than the rescheduled date. Now the shipper, that's a different story. I don't know how much control OfficeFuniture2go has over their delivery person, but that could have used some improvement. Since we just received the shipment, we haven't had it assembled yet, so don't know what kind of experience we will have with that. Can't speak for the quality of the order yet since it's still in the boxes.
